We pride ourselves on printing to the highest possible standards, but if your printed garments haven’t turned out the way you’d hoped, please get in touch with us so we can resolve the issue.

We offer two printable options, the best will be selected for you, however if you have a preference please let us know. 
  • Vinyl – Best suited for single/double coloured logos and large areas of text, such as contact details.
  • DTF/Print & Cut – Our most versatile transfer for clothing. DTF gives us the facility to print a full range of colours on a wide range of materials.

A popular choice for professional workwear. Our most durable option for branded clothing. Embroidery showcases a care for quality recognised by customers and businesses. 

There is a one-off setup charge of £25 per design/size. (e.g. 80mm breast setup = £25 and a 200mm back setup = £25. Total £50) This process converts your logo into an embroidery file format which can be read by our machines.

Once we have your logo digitised, you won’t need to pay this again.

Yes! You can have as many logos as you’d like. Just drop us an email with your requirements. 

When using this website/app you have the option to add logos to the left breast and back of the garments (or front middle in some cases). If you’d like a custom placement, contact us with your requirements and we’ll be happy to help. 

PDF, PNG and JPEG’s are preferable. If you have the original artwork file such as a vector, please email this into us.

You don’t need to add a logo if you don’t want! The garments we sell are of good quality!

Our quick and efficient process aims to get your order to you as soon as possible, with a standard lead time of 7 working days from receipt of logo artwork for customised orders.

If you order 3 items or less you will be offered Royal Mail second class post for £3.20. Or you can opt for DHL next day delivery at £10 if you would like it sooner or are placing a larger order.

Customised orders can not be returned but plain stock orders can within 14 days if unopened and unused.

Orders can be changed or cancelled before the design work has been agreed. Orders that have already reached the production stage after the visuals have been signed off cannot be cancelled or changed.

We take great care in ensuring that all of our garments are perfect before leaving our warehouse. If you find that your order isn’t as it should be, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
